We’re leveling up Halo’s experience with a variety of new features that make your experience more delightful, quick and helpful with iOS 18.
Logging feelings and influences just became more flexible. The default options have been expanded, giving you even more ways to quickly capture how you’re feeling. Of course, custom entries can still be added, making it even easier to share thoughts on the go.
Thanks to App Intents, logging is now faster than ever. You can log directly from Spotlight with a quick tap - no need to open the app. For those who love Shortcuts, it's easy to set up personalized, automated logs. These new features are also available for Seven and Cycles, ensuring a seamless experience across all three apps.
Halo now offers Anxiety and Depression Assessments, using the clinically trusted GAD-7 and PHQ-9 questionnaires. These assessments help you track mental health over time and even export results to share with healthcare professionals.
And it keeps getting better. You can now sync all these features with Apple Health making it even easier to track health and wellness in one place.
Excited to try it yourself? Download iOS 18 and the latest versions of Halo, Cycles and Seven to get started!
